The CPCS Plant/Vehicle Marshaller A73 qualification is designed for individuals with limited or no experience who want to learn to operate a marshaller. On passing the technical tests, the CPCS trained operator card (red card) is applied for on the candidate’s behalf.

The entry requirements for the CPCS Plant/Vehicle Marshaller A73 course are as follows:
- Candidates must have passed the CITB Health, safety and environment test within the previous 23 months before the course start date.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of spoken and written English to effectively participate in the training.
Duration:
The CPCS Plant/Vehicle Marshaller A73 has a duration of 3 days.
This includes 2 days of learning through a mix of classroom-based teaching and practical exercises, followed by 1 day of assessment which involves CPCS technical tests.
